Hello Indy!

Hello! This week we had transfers and I shipped out to Eagle Creek to whitewash with Sister B. It's kinda crazy for both of us to transfer in, we don't really know what we're doing, but it's okay. Haha. We also don't have our own car, because ours is in the shop right now, but we're borrowing the mission van, so that's fun! It has Bluetooth, so it's pretty much luxury.  We've met a few people so far! Tanisha and her kids are my favorite! We taught them the Plan of Salvation. She told us, "yes, this sound familiar". I love this family!! We came by a second time and the kids ran up to hug us they were so excited! Literally the cutest things ever.  My new district is seriously composed if the ZLs, STLs, DL, and President Page's Brother Elder Page and Sister Page, a new senior missionary couple! It's kind crazy, awesome.  We're still working on cleaning up this area book and figuring things out, but we can do it! Miracle this week...

139 I Stand All Amazed! Week 15

Hello everyone! This week has been crazy! Westfield has been a super slow area until this week! We've been doing a lot of Facebook work and been finding through that. There's 2 people, Beth and Cynthia we're going to be doing bible studies with, then a few more people we'll be meeting soon to deliver pictures of Christ to! This is seriously so crazy! We had our first Bible study with Cynthia and she's awesome! Also, found a friend Brian who doesn't live in our area, so we referred him to the Carmel elders! It makes me think of when Elder Utchdorf said "In the past, we might have been so tied to traditional approaches that it took a pandemic to open our eyes. Perhaps we were still building with sandstone when granite was already available. Of necessity, we are now learning how to use a variety of methods, including technology, to invite people—in normal and natural ways—to come and see, come and help, and come and belong" We also visited Kelly, a la...

Hello everyone! This week has been a good one! Found some potential peeps to teach on facebook! The Garcias are gonna get back to us someday. And we have a new friend Joseph who's really good at repsonding, also Jean, that we're super excited to start working with. Not really feeling writing, so here's some pictures! Love Sister Cox

The Cold never bothered me anyway--well maybe! Week 13

Hello everyone! It's a short email, but hey at least it's something! This week was hard but good! Focusing on Christ makes the hard times okay. Like seriously, as Pres. Nelson's says, it's the focus of our lives that matters, not circumstances! Had another great lesson with Annetra! She read a chapter from the Book of Mormon! It was amazing! Also gave a Book of Mormon to a guy when he talked to us while we were filming a video. Okay, that's all! Sister Cox Chillin at the apartment 😎 It was freezing 🥶 Drove by the temple!

Happy New Year! Week 12

Hi Everyone.  Holidays haven't been the best for getting things scheduled. Was kinda a slow week. But personal study has never been better! ❤ A new friend responded to a fb group post about a Bible study. We'll see how it goes! Went to visit Christopher but he wasn't home. Will try again soon.  Okay, this one was good for moral. We go to visit this guy, but he's leaving. So we decide to go knocking instead. I'd noticed this one neighborhood so we go there. Then the First door we knock on, a new friend, Sarah opens up. We teach her the restoration! It was amazing and the motivation help that we needed.  Not a lot to say. If you have amazing/fun winter finding ideas send them here! Hopefully more next week.  Sister Cox   Firetruck at the Indy temple. No idea what happened, but district council is held right next door to the temple, so I'm curious. Happy New Year When your car light is on and you're seeking entertainment. Getting ready to do a live. The...
