Week 17 Two Sister Missionaries Walked and Walked and Walked!!

 Hello!!

This week we taught a guy named Randy. It was literally so cool. I've heard people tell stories like this, but it's crazy when it happens to you! So we told the first vision account and he says, "that's true, I know it is." Then he talked about how he was praying more recently because he had a thought, what if God misses me? So excited to teach his family about the Plan of Salvation!!! We met his wife and she's interested in learning more too!! It was awesome! Two members joined the lesson and it just wouldn't have been the same without them! Members are so so important in missionary work!
We also put Derrick on date to be baptized! There's still more to teach, but it's coming together!
We had a brief zoom lesson with Toneisha, but no updates there. :'(
Sister Devey's bike tire popped so we ended up doing some walking this weekend, but we had randomly gotten some free bike tires the day before! It was perfect (of course neither of us knew how to change the back tire, but our ward mission leader was happy to lend a and! It was awesome.
We also have a cat friend who joins us for comp study in the mornings. It's so cute.

Easter was super chill, nothing too crazy, but it was nice to have a breather after a crazy crazy Saturday. Just some phone lessons. We inspired called this one guy and shared a scripture about peace, he was the first number we called and he was super iterested, it was so sweet!! We'll have another lesson with him (tomorrow?)
I am so grateful for a Savior, Jesus Christ! Because of him, we can be freed from the guilt and remorse that sin brings! We can feel of God's love through Christ's Sacrafice. Because Christ died and lived again, I will too, you will, and all our loved ones who've passed on will live again!! What a powerful knowledge that is!
I think that's about it for now. Haha, we went tracting in this area where they weren't super interested, but there was a super cute church and lots of great photo opportunites so it wasn't a complete loss. Haha.
Alright, have a great week everyone!
Love,
Sister Cox
