Week 26

 Hey everyone!

This week Sister Devey's phone got busted (dropped while selfie-ing). Final week of the transfer, pretty crazy! This transfer has been short, but also eternal. Haha.
We went out tracting and the spirit just wasn't with us. So when we finally arrived to the area we were going to tract, we decided to study some scriptures to bring the spirit back. We read the first vision account and that was so powerful. God did appear to Joseph Smith! That strengthened my testimony, and the rest of the night ended awesome.
Exchanges were sweet as we found some awesome people. A guy found a passalong card and actually called us!!
Derrick watched General Conference with a bunch of coworkers, that amazing lil' missionary.
Also, I've been serving for 6 months! I can't believe that!! 1/3 of the mission accomplished! I want to make sure in these coming weeks to live so I have no regrets, by giving it my all!!
That's all for this week!

Here's a favorite quote from the week:
Brothers and sisters, the most powerful Being in the universe is the Father of your spirit. He knows you. He loves you with a perfect love.
God sees you not only as a mortal being on a small planet who lives for a brief season—He sees you as His child. He sees you as the being you are capable and designed to become. He wants you to know that you matter to Him.
