Hey!  This week we met with our campus friends, for the last time before winter break sets in. 3 weeks of empty campus. Remember that detail, it'll be important for later. One of the girls in the branch left for her mission on Tuesday, but we got to be in a trio for the beginning of the day because she didn't have anything to do. That was so fun! We got to do comp study and teach a lesson together. She's awesome! Then, we went on exchanges and I got to go with Sister Peterson. That exchange was super cool. She's on her first transfer, but such a good missionary. Haha, when we walked into a thrift store during lunch (they have free bread), a guy walks up to us and starts talking about church with us, how he wants to go to church, and the missionaries used to knock on his door and we got his number and I started to explain what the Book of Mormon is and give him a copy when another man walks close and kinda joins the conversation, then he tells us not to proselyte in hi...

Hey!    So we set out a Book of Mormon and pictures of Jesus on the table when we do comp study out on campus. The Elders walked by and were like why do you do that??? But when we started our study we prayed and Sister Brown prayed for the opportunity to teach someone who noticed what was on our table. We taught an impromptu lesson with him. That prayer of faith was answered as we tried our best.   Then later that night as we prayed before leaving the apartment, I prayed that we could have a chance to teach that night, even though all our lessons had canceled. Well, as we were starting the walk home, we ran into a guy cleaning and offered him a picture of Jesus, which then turned into a great conversation. Then a member walked up and joined the conversation! It was awesome. :) ...

Hey Guys!! This week was awesome!! It was also super busy between two exchanges, zone conference, planning and having a baptism!  At zone conference a huge thing we focused on was "Attacking the morning" when we start the day off right our day goes better.  Also, there are too many people and not enough time!   I've been thinking about baptism and what it means. It's a lot like how you have friends, that you love and want to help, but compare that to a spouse, that is a completely different relationship, when your friend moves across the country to do something crazy you're like "I'll miss you" however for your spouse, you sacrifice and do so much for them. It's crazy how baptism is like that, God wants to help and bless us, and when we choose to make that covenant of baptism, he blesses and loves us so much! There’s greater love and sacrifice associated when we make that commitment. Any way random thought. Ethan got baptized! It was ...
